How long is Schrock's warranty?
Schrock's current warranty for all platforms is limited lifetime. To read or print the details of this warranty, please click here. This warranty went into effect on Aug. 1, 2001. Purchases prior to this date came with the following warranty:
  • Before April 2, 1996, all platforms (Value, Select, Deluxe) had a 1 year warranty.
  • April ’96 until June ’99, Value and Select: 5 year warranty, Deluxe: 7 year warranty.
  • June ’99 until July 31, 2001, Value: 10 year warranty, Select and Deluxe: lifetime warranty.
How do I replace a broken or damaged hinge on my cabinet?
If you are the original homeowner and purchased your cabinetry after June 1, 1999, please contact any Schrock dealer for assistance with ordering a replacement hinge for your cabinetry. If you are not the original homeowner or if your cabinetry was purchased before June 1, 1999 please follow the instructions below: In order to replace the hinge, you will first need to gather the following information:
  1. Name of Hinge Manufacturer
  2. Model Name of hinge
  3. Model Number of hinge
  4. Hinge Color
The Manufacturer, Model Name and Model Number can be found printed or etched on the hinge. You may need to remove the hinge completely, as some manufacturers place this information in the hinge surface that is applied to the cabinet. Once you have compiled the above information, please contact the appropriate manufacturer below:

Can I buy direct from the factory?

What is the difference between Schrock, Diamond and Kemper? Are the door styles and colors the same?
Schrock, Diamond, and Kemper are cabinet brands owned by MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. Product construction and quality are consistent among all brands, but door styles and colors may vary from brand to brand.
How do I install my cabinets?

Can I get a color sample?
Color blocks or samples must be obtained from your dealer. Please remember that any sample is a representation of the color, and your actual cabinets may vary somewhat in tint or in the lightness or darkness of the wood. This variation is part of the nature of wood.
Can I purchase your stain?
Stain is available in quarts for standard finishes and may be ordered through an authorized dealer. Premium finishes and glazes are not available for field use due to special mixing requirements and special application procedures that can only be done in our factories.
How much do your cabinets cost?
Our cabinets are priced and sold through authorized dealers only. Retail prices are not quoted from the factory but are determined by each dealer based on the products and services they provide to their customers.
Can I purchase your cabinets unfinished?
No, unfinished cabinets are not part of our product line.
Do you offer design assistance?
